Fitness & Conditioning: Incorporates sport-specific training to improve explosive speed, endurance, and reaction time, keeping athletes physically prepared for intense match play. Sportsmanship & Teamwork: Beyond individual skill, the program fosters a collaborative environment where students learn mutual respect, effective communication (especially in doubles), and integrity in competition. Program Goal: To develop versatile, intelligent players who view badminton not just as a game, but as a discipline that enhances focus, health, and social connection.

Course Curriculum

Badminton Level 2 (Tactical Precision) This curriculum is designed to bridge the gap between fundamental mechanics and competitive gameplay. Students in Level 2 will transition from learning isolated skills to understanding the why and when behind shot selection, court positioning, and match strategy. By completing Level 2, students will be able to: Execute a variety of advanced shots with >75% consistency under match conditions. Analyze an opponent’s weaknesses during a warmup or first game and adjust their tactical approach accordingly. Coordinate effectively with a partner during doubles play, demonstrating clear communication and rotation discipline. Maintain tactical composure during high-pressure points (e.g., set points or break points).
