Welcome to Eternity Private High School (EPHS). By enrolling a student or accessing our digital platforms and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
EPHS is committed to providing a “Dedicated, Hardworking, and Fun” educational environment. These terms govern the relationship between the school, its students, and their legal guardians.
Accuracy of Information: All information provided during the application process must be accurate and complete.
Admission Decisions: Admission is at the sole discretion of the EPHS administration, led by the CEO and Founder.
Placement: EPHS reserves the right to determine the appropriate academic or athletic level (e.g., Football, Basketball, Badminton) for each student based on internal assessments.
Engagement: Students are expected to adhere to the EPHS spirit of dedication and hard work.
Sports Programs: Participation in PKT Sports or other physical education tracks requires adherence to safety protocols and coach instructions (e.g., PE Coach Tim Wood).
Code of Conduct: Any behavior that undermines the safety, reputation, or learning environment of EPHS may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.
Monthly fee: All fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of enrollment.
Refunds: Refund policies are strictly governed by the specific enrollment contract signed upon admission.
Late Payments: EPHS reserves the right to restrict access to classes or digital portals if accounts are in arrears.
School Branding: The EPHS name, logos, and curriculum content are the exclusive proprietary assets of Eternity Private High School. Unauthorized use of school branding is prohibited.
Student Work: EPHS may occasionally use photos of student activities or schoolwork for marketing and branding purposes, subject to privacy preferences.
Automated Systems: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive administrative and marketing communications via our automated email systems.
Data Protection: We process personal data in accordance with Myanmar data protection laws. Information regarding faculty (e.g., Teacher Abegail) and students is handled with the highest level of confidentiality.
Physical Activity: While EPHS prioritizes safety in its sports programs (Football, Badminton, Basketball, etc.), the school is not liable for injuries sustained during standard athletic participation, provided all safety protocols were met.
Personal Property: EPHS is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought onto campus.
EPHS reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be sent via email or posted on the official school portal.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Myanmar courts.
By proceeding with enrollment or continued use of EPHS services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
